Differnt kind of chance me - Passion

So here's the thing. my gpa and sat scores are up to standards. im ranked top 8% in a class of about 90 from a pretty small school known for better than average I'll say education. When it comes down to recs and personality, I'd say im a pretty nice guy, sometimes kinda quiet, but other times really really loud. The thing is I've heard so much about how ppl going to Harvard have this "passion" for one or more things. The examples people give are like sports, or music, or volunteering, or other stuff. As for me, I think I do have this passion--I like gardening in my free time and I help out with 1-2 neighbors. I dont have a business or anyhing, no awards, no gardening competiitons that I know of, but I do it a lot even when I dont realize it. I'd say if antyhing this is my passion. And I take up a good chunk of time each week doing it, just like going to the store and stuff buying new plants and putting them around the house, my room, backyard (i have a huge backayrd) etc. But besides gardening, I'm not very "in depth" so to speak wiht other extracurriculars, despite the fact i like doing what i do. I do some spanish stuff like natioanl spanish exam, helping out at the school spanish club, and having some leadership roles in that. I didn't place like tippity top for the exams, and I'm by no means perfect in competitions for spanish but I have participated in some small compeitiions and done okay. not 1st through 5th but okay. Oh yeah, participation, I do a lot of that for spanish stuff. Aside from that, I spend a lot of time playing basketball but I'm short so I dont have like anything much other than being a benchwarmer on varsity. No medals. Nothing. I DO spend a lot of time on basketball though, like every week 3-4 hours at the courts just cuz i like it. I started playing when I wa sin 8th grade. I also do violin though not competitively. I help out at some service projects cuz my friends r in it. Basically, as u might be able to tell, I'm not competitive and I don't i guess "outreach" to community that much. But i do like doing some stuff like gardening, basketball, voilin, spanish, and also some smaller little thigns like puzzles and reading. I'm just wondering if I still have much of a chance or will my separate interests or "passion" for things like basketball and spanish be overwhelmed by others/those with huge awards? Like I said, I just dont like competition and thus, I dont do it. I guess I could add I come from a really rich family too mostly in the marketing and medicine fields so I really am kinda different I'd say from others in my family. Answers would be so appreciated!
