Hello! I was wondering what my chances of admission are and whether I would fare better applying REA/SCEA or regular decision. Thanks!
Background: upper middle class white from suburbs
Stats:
- 1550 SAT (out of 1600)
- Five 5's on Chem, Calc BC, Lang, US history, us gov
- 800's on SAT II's (Math Level II, Chemistry)
- GPA: 4.5 out of 5 (weighted)
Activities (extracurriculars, work, volunteering):
- 8hr/week work at fitness club
- volunteer with League of Women Voters (registering voters, working on e-newsletter, proofreading publications, etc.)
- president, mock trial club (freshman - senior)
- vice president, mu alpha theta (math honor society) (junior - senior)
- class representative, student assembly (freshman - senior)
- student tour guide (sophomore - senior)
- ALSO: French Honor Society & Rho Kappa (social studies)
Awards:
- Dartmouth book award
- Will be top 4% of class (no rankings @ my school)
- Gold & silver medals in National French exam
- State seal of proficiency in French
- 2nd Place, state We The People Competition (class rank)
