I'm an international student and I'm applying this fall to Harvard. If my school principal can't write a recommendation in English, can my English teacher translate the principal's recommendation to English and then my principal submit the translated version online via the common app?
Same thing with transcripts, can the principal submit the translated transcripts along with the original ones online via the common app?
