I accidentally submitted a research supplemental. I also submitted this to another college that required a cover sheet placed on it with their college name, my app number, my signature, etc. I accidentally submitted the wrong one and gave Harvard the one with the other college's cover sheet on it. Am I screwed? I also turned in the correct supplemental afterward and emailed them requesting they take the mistake off.
